Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required for the trial period. Trial accounts have access to full platform features.
Paid Subscriptions
After your trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using our services. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew until canceled.
Payment Terms
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account after reasonable notice.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.2% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or be error-free. You are responsible for verifying all alerts and recommendations before taking action.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuelVision from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, TX, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
